I finally performed in the New York Salsa Congress this year! After waiting five years to do this show, it felt all the more amazing when we turned in a strong performance! I cannot think of a better way to ring in my 32nd birthday weekend!

We had a good hour to kill while they installed the dance floors and removed the seating from the show...not a problem, given the lovely bar downstairs at the Hilton :)
Several of us all had our birthdays within the same week or two...Virgo birthdays for Mikey, Leia, Lindsay and Brian!
Luis and Mike showed up as my trusted Salsa International support crew...
I went back for night #2 and #3 of the Congress...talk about some sore feet after so many long days of dancing in a row! It took a good week for my body to recover!
