After a grueling weekend of dancing and performing at the NY Salsa Congress, the entire Salsa scene boarded a day cruise on Labor Day for the Congress after-party. Kat and I stepped in to perform with the semi-pro team for the event. I can honestly say I have never had such an entertaining performance experience...a rocking boat, in heels, flips included...whew! The crowd loved our piece and our costumes...although, I think we might have just left them in shock over the fact that we flipped in heels while the boat rocked about underneath us...we probably could have done anything after that and they would have clapped! :)
